Delivery and Payment

GENERAL INFORMATION

EDIT delivers within the Republic of Bulgaria and to member states of the European Union.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, unless a different period is specified for a particular product.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, when available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Bulgaria

Standard delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days.

European Union

International deliveries usually take between 5 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery country and selected courier service.

The stated times are approximate and may be subject to change during public holidays, busy periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDERS

For handmade products, limited editions, and products offered for pre-order, delivery times may be longer than standard. This is due to the time required for manufacturing, sourcing materials, or delivery from our partners.

If necessary, we will inform you in advance of the expected delivery time.

DELIVERY DELAYS

EDIT is not responsible for delays caused by:

courier companies;
public holidays;
customs checks;
technical or logistical reasons beyond our control.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt.

In case of visible transit damage, a report must be immediately drawn up with the courier company representative, and you must contact us as soon as possible.
