Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Act, every customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to state a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at enquiries.editbg@gmail.com, after which you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be in its original commercial condition;
  • not be used;
  • have no signs of use or damage;
  • be returned with its original packaging and all accompanying elements, if any.

EDIT reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned products that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

According to applicable law, the following are not subject to return:

  • personalized products;
  • items made to individual order;
  • limited pre-order items, except in cases of manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, except when:

  • the wrong product was sent;
  • the product has a manufacturing defect;
  • the product was damaged during transport.
