GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Ivy Life 9" Ltd., UIC BG208475759, hereinafter referred to as "EDIT", "we", "us" or "the Merchant", and the users of the EDIT online store.

By using the website and placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these General Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS

EDIT offers a selection of gifts, decorative home products, limited editions, handmade items, and carefully curated everyday products.

Some products may:

  • be handmade;
  • be available in limited quantities;
  • be available for pre-order.

Due to the nature of handmade and limited products, minimal differences in colors, textures, and details are possible and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Minor differences between product colors and their visualization on different devices and screens are also possible.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in the online store are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, where applicable according to current legislation.

EDIT accepts the following payment methods:

  • cash on delivery;
  • debit or credit card;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay.

EDIT reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

ORDERS

After a successful order completion, the customer receives a confirmation to the specified email address.

EDIT reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • technical error;
  • out of stock;
  • suspicion of misuse;
  • incorrect or incomplete data provided.

In such a case, the customer will be notified promptly.

DELIVERY

EDIT delivers to the Republic of Bulgaria and to the member states of the European Union.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, images, photographs, graphic elements, design, logo, and other content on the website are the property of EDIT or are used with appropriate permission.

Their use, copying, distribution, or publication without prior written consent is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EDIT is not responsible for:

  • temporary unavailability of the site;
  • technical malfunctions;
  • delays caused by courier companies;
  • force majeure;
  • minor differences between the actual appearance of the product and its visualization on different devices.

APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable law of the European Union.
