SAL de IBIZA Fleur de Sel "Isla Blanca" is a special limited edition created in collaboration with the Ibiza Preservation Fund. Inspired by the traditional Ibizan herbal liqueur "Hierbas," this gourmet salt combines fine Fleur de Sel sea salt with the characteristic local herbs and citrus aromas typical of the island.

The result is a balanced flavor with fresh citrus and herbal notes that lends a Mediterranean character to any dish.

The salt is hand-harvested and enriched with lemon peel, chamomile blossoms, and natural essential oils of lemon, anise, orange, fennel, sage, chamomile, lavender, mint, rosemary, juniper, and thyme.
